Ms. Luzolo was recommended to us by a cooperation partner. Since October 2022, she has been supporting us in consulting projects, regardless of whether the project language is German or English, and as External Quality Management Representative in our own company.

• 1st party process audit according to ISO 17025 with focus on the implementation of the current WLTP legal requirements.

The very detailed process audit provided the management with a comprehensive status report of the actual implementation of the management system according to ISO 17025. The three-day audit was conducted in a constructive atmosphere and the staff was optimally prepared for upcoming customer audits. Thanks to her high level of process knowledge, specific measures and suggestions could be discussed on site in a practical manner.

Due to Ms. Luzolo's friendly and open manner as well as her flexibility, the team members found the audit constructive and productive despite the high demands on the audited persons.

Since norms and standards like ISO 9001 and 27001, are also relevant topics for our BlueSpice Wiki users, we are very pleased that we were able to realize various online events on the topic with Ms. Luzolo. In her presentations she clearly showed the benefits of standardization and also the benefits of a wiki became apparent. We are looking forward to a possible continuation.

Due to her profound knowledge of ISO standards, Ms. Luzolo was involved in the projects from the very first day. She took over important tasks and reacted with extreme flexibility to our requirements. Both audits went smoothly and successfully.
