Our Collaboration

Before we get started, I would like to sit down with you for a kick off meeting. In this meeting we will define all relevant aspects of our collaboration, such as duration of the project, weekly working time, place of work, contact persons as well as project milestones and deadlines. The goal of this meeting is to provide a common understanding of what we want to achieve.

While the project is running, you will of course receive regular updates about the current status, so that you are informed about the working progress at any time. The intervals and the form in which you receive those updates will be defined in the kick off meeting.

Working in quality management, product management and project management always means working interdisciplinary. My goal is to deliver results, that can be integrated into your daily business and thus achieve remarkable improvement. Therefore, it goes without saying, that the affected departments will always be involved to ensure effective processing of their daily tasks.

We did it – we finished the project! Each project makes an organization complete a learning curve. In the final project report, I will sum up what went well and where there is still potential for improvement, so that your company can learn from the now completed project.
